1) Where We Ship
We ship from Soest, The Netherlands to the Netherlands and all EU Member States. We do not ship to the UK, Norway, Switzerland, or non-EU territories. We currently exclude certain overseas/outermost regions (e.g., Canary Islands, Ceuta/Melilla, Åland, Azores/Madeira, French overseas departments).
2) Processing & Dispatch
Dispatch days: Monday–Friday (business days).
Cut-off: Orders placed before 14:00 CET/CEST ship the same day when possible; otherwise next business day.
Handling time: Typically 0–1 business day. During promotions/holidays, add +1–2 business days.
Once your order is booked with the carrier, you will receive a tracking email. Tracking may activate after the first carrier scan.
3) Carriers & Methods
We use reliable carriers such as PostNL (NL) and DHL/DPD/UPS (EU). Services offered at checkout:
- Standard (Tracked)
- Express (Tracked) — where available
4) Delivery Estimates
Netherlands: Standard 1–3 business days; Express 1–2 business days.
European Union: Standard 3–7 business days; Express 2–4 business days.
Transit times are estimates and not guaranteed; carrier delays or events beyond our control can occur.
5) Rates & Free Shipping

Free-shipping thresholds apply to the order subtotal (incl. VAT) after discounts. Express upgrades are optional and non-refundable if delivery is on time within the chosen service's published standards.
6) Signature, Safe Place & Pickup Points
Signature: Required for orders of €100 or more, where available.
Safe place/neighbour: Not offered by default to reduce loss/theft; if you request it with the carrier, you accept the risk once the carrier marks it delivered.
Pickup points: Where available, you may choose a parcel shop/pickup point at checkout.
7) Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Parcels
Please enter your full address, including apartment/floor details and a valid phone number for the carrier.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery or not being claimed in time, shipping charges are non-refundable. We can reship after receiving the parcel back; a re-ship fee will apply.
8) Damaged, Missing or Lost Shipments
Damage on arrival: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item, bucket seal/tamper ring, inner/outer packaging and the shipping label.
Lost/no movement: Contact us if tracking shows no movement for 7 days (NL) or 10 days (EU). We will investigate with the carrier and resolve with a replacement or refund as appropriate.
9) Split Shipments, Backorders & Pre-Orders
We may split your order at our discretion at no extra cost to you.
Pre-orders: Items ship when in stock. If your cart contains in-stock and pre-order items, the order ships together when all items are ready. If you prefer separate shipments, please place separate orders or contact us (additional shipping may apply).
10) Packaging & Weight
Each TurboWipes bucket ships as a parcel. Larger orders may be boxed in multiple parcels.
For orders of 12 buckets or more, we may contact you to confirm the most efficient shipping method.
11) Taxes & Duties
Orders within the EU are VAT-inclusive at checkout. No customs duties apply for intra-EU delivery. Business customers should provide valid details during checkout if VAT treatment differs.
