1. Who We Are

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TurboWipes online store and your purchase of TurboWipes products.

2. Scope & Acceptance

By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these Terms, our Returns & Refunds Policy and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

3. Customers & Territory

• We sell and ship to customers located in the Netherlands and the European Union.
• Orders for delivery outside these areas may be declined or cancelled.
• Guest checkout is allowed; creating an account is optional.

4. Prices, Taxes & Currency

• Consumer prices are shown including VAT unless stated otherwise.
• All transactions are processed in EUR (€). If your bank uses another currency, conversion and fees may apply.
• We may correct pricing or display errors at any time. If an error affects your order, we will contact you to reconfirm or cancel with a full refund.

5. Payments

• Payment is due at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (e.g., major cards, iDEAL, Apple Pay, PayPal, as available).
• No pay-later / BNPL options are offered.
• We may use fraud screening and decline or cancel orders that fail verification.

6. Order Process & Contract Formation

• Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation (not when you complete checkout).
• We may refuse or cancel an order, for example due to suspected fraud, stock issues, or pricing errors. Any payment will be refunded in such cases.

7. Shipping & Delivery

• Estimated delivery times: NL 1–3 business days; EU 3–7 business days. These are estimates and not guaranteed.
• We ship using tracked services where available. Delivery may be impacted by carrier delays or events beyond our control.
• Unclaimed/refused parcels or deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the customer may be returned to us; shipping is non-refundable and the product will be handled per our Returns & Refunds Policy.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns, withdrawals and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short: consumers in NL/EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance sales; only unopened, sealed TurboWipes buckets can be returned (unless defective); customer pays return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Please read the full policy before returning any item.

9. Pre-Orders & Backorders

• Pre-order shipping dates are estimates and may change. We will keep you informed of material changes.
• You may cancel a pre-order before shipment for a full refund.
• If we cannot fulfill a pre-order within a reasonable time, we may cancel and refund you.

10. Product Information, Use & Safety

Safe-use guidance: Do not flush. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes; if contact occurs, rinse with water. Test on a small inconspicuous area before use on delicate finishes. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use on hot surfaces. Store sealed and in a cool, dry place. Follow any on-pack instructions.

11. Warranty & Conformity (Consumers)

Your statutory rights on conformity ("wettelijke garantie") apply. Where a defect is confirmed, we will—within a reasonable time—first seek repair or replacement. If that is impossible or disproportionate, we will issue a refund in accordance with applicable law.

12. B2B Purchases (Summary)

• No statutory cooling-off right for B2B. Returns only with our prior written approval.
• Remedies for defects at our option: repair, replacement, or refund.

13. Promotions, Bundles & Coupons

• Coupon codes cannot be stacked unless expressly stated.
• We may cancel or refuse orders in the case of pricing/stock errors, misuse, or suspected fraud.

14. Accounts & Acceptable Use

• You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Do not misuse the site (e.g., scraping, security testing, unlawful content or activity). We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached.

15. Intellectual Property

All site content, product names, logos and trademarks are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

16. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall be limited to the total amount you paid for that order, and we will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

17. Events Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., strikes, natural events, carrier disruptions, or power/network outages). We will act to minimize the impact and resume performance as soon as reasonably possible.

18. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Courts in the Netherlands (district appropriate to our business location) shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence within the EU. We aim to resolve issues directly with you; we do not commit to a particular ADR body, but you may consult nationally available ADR options where applicable.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Changes apply to orders placed after the new effective date.
